Company boilerplate

Lily is a Public Benefit Corporation building the behavioral-health platform for all three sides of care. Lily Care connects members with identity-aware matched practitioners. Lily Practice gives clinicians telehealth, notes, billing, and outcomes in one tool. Lily Admin gives employers and health plans an outcomes-tracked mental health benefit. Lily is HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II audited, and based in Philadelphia and New York.

Please follow these guidelines when referencing or displaying Lily's visual identity in any external material.

Lockup A — Wordmark

For member-facing use only.
Use when addressing consumers, members, or general audiences.

Lily icon
Lockup B — Icon only

For practitioner & organization use.
Use the icon mark only — never pair the full wordmark with practitioner or employer materials.

This usage model is consistent with how enterprise technology brands (e.g. Meta, Salesforce) distinguish consumer vs. partner brand contexts.

Do's and don'ts

  • Use the icon mark in practitioner/org-facing integrations and co-marketing
  • Maintain clear space equal to the icon's height on all sides
  • Use approved color versions on appropriate backgrounds
  • Reference Lily as "Lily" (not "Lily AI" or "LilyHealth")
  • Link to asklily.health as the canonical URL
✗ Don't
  • Use the wordmark+logomark in practitioner or organization contexts
  • Modify, recolor, or distort the logo marks
  • Use the logo on backgrounds that reduce legibility
  • Add effects (drop shadow, outline, glow) to the marks
  • Use our marks in a way that implies partnership without authorization
