Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any Lily service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Service Description
Lily provides a behavioral-health platform comprising Lily Care (member-facing matching and wellness), Lily Practice (practitioner practice management), and Lily Admin (organizational benefit administration). Lily is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not provide clinical services directly.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be 13 or older to create an account (18 for practitioners). Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the platform for non-healthcare commercial purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; upload malicious code; impersonate others; or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
5. Payment
Organizational plans are billed per eligible employee per month (PEPM). Practitioner plans are billed monthly or via rev-share. Member access is free when sponsored by your employer, school, or health plan. All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." Lily does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is not a substitute for emergency mental health services — call 988 or 911 in a crisis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lily's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA.
