Common questions

Pricing FAQ

Is there really nothing for covered members to pay?+

Correct. If your employer, school, or plan sponsors Lily, Lily Match, the wellness library, AI Companion, journal, mood tracking, and crisis routing are all free. Sessions are billed through your benefit or insurance — never as a surprise.

What's the difference between Foundation, Care, and Health Plan?+

Foundation gets you the network and the toolkit with standard reporting — good if you're moving off a low-engagement EAP. Care adds identity-aware matching, outcomes dashboards, programs, RBAC, and a dedicated CSM — best for benefits teams replacing a fragmented stack. Health Plan adds claims integration (837/835), network adequacy modeling, and parity reporting for payers and self-insured plans.

How does practitioner rev share work?+

On the Independent plan, Lily takes 12% of Lily-sourced session revenue, dropping to 8% past 80 sessions/month. There's no monthly fee, no per-client fee, no per-claim fee. Clients you bring yourself: free. On Lily Practice ($59/provider/mo), you also get full practice management — telehealth, notes, billing, outcomes, CE.

What if our org is self-insured?+

Per-utilizing-member pricing is available as an alternative on Foundation and Care — you pay only when a covered life actually books care. Talk to us; we'll model both for you.

Volume discounts?+

Yes, automatic at 1k, 5k, and 25k eligible lives. Above 50k we'll quote you directly.

What if a member needs more sessions than their benefit covers?+

Sessions beyond benefit caps are billed at the practitioner's session rate, often through insurance with a normal copay. Lily never adds a markup. Members always see the full cost up front before booking.

Pricing that scales with the work, not against it.
